基于红外热成像技术对壮医三部四针法治疗不寐患者的临床效果评价

Evaluation of clinical effect of"three parts and four needles"therapy of Zhuang medicine on insomnia patients based on infrared thermal imaging technology

目的应用红外热成像技术对壮医三部四针法治疗不寐患者的临床效果进行评价分析。方法选择2020年1月至2021年2月收治的不寐病例60例,随机分为研究组、对照组各30例,均开展常规治疗与护理,研究组同时开展壮医三部四针法治疗,评价两组患者治疗前后红外热像仪探测结果与治疗效果。结果治疗后研究组患者额部、眼周温度较治疗前明显降低,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且总体疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论壮医三部四针法应用于不寐患者,能够降低患者额部及眼周表皮温度,改善睡眠质量,而红外热成像技术的应用能够为不寐患者的临床治疗效果评估提供客观评价依据。

Objective To use infrared thermal imaging technology to evaluate and analyze the clinical effects of the insomnia patients treated by“three parts and four needles”therapy of Zhuang medicine.Methods 60 cases of insomnia admitted to hospital from January 2020 to February 2021 were included.They were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Routine treatment and nursing were carried out in the two groups.At the same time,the“three parts and four needles”therapy of Zhuang medicine were carried out on the study group.The detection results of infrared thermography and treatment effects before and after treatment were evaluated between groups.Results After treatment,the frontal and periocular temperatures of the study group were significantly lower than those before treatment,and difference was statistically significant when compared with those of the control group(P<0.01),and the overall efficacy was better than that of the control group,and difference was all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion“Three parts and four needles”therapy of Zhuang medicine can reduce forehead and periocular skin temperature,and improve sleep quality of patients with insomnia,and infrared thermal imaging technology can provide an objective basis for the evaluation of clinical treatment effect of them.
