科研助推开放大学高质量发展路径研究——基于CNKI的数据分析

Research on the Path of Promoting High-quality Development of Open Universities through Scientific Research:Data Analysis Based on CNKI

科研创新是强校之本,是开放大学实现高质量发展的核心要素之一。以开放大学体系教师近五年在中国知网数据库的发文情况为研究内容,从文章数量、层次等角度透视开放大学的科研现状并进行分析,发现存在定位不清晰、师资人员结构不合理、科研氛围不浓等问题。进一步以问题为导向,针对性提出在科研定位、学科建设、组织机构、制度建设、学术平台、科研团队、成果转化等方面的工作思路,为开放大学提升科研创新能力和办学水平,实现高质量发展提供理论依据。

Scientific research and innovation are the foundation of strengthening universities and one of the core elements for open universities to achieve high-quality development.Based on the papers published by teachers of open university system in CNKI database in recent five years,this paper analyzes the current scientific research situation of open universities from the perspectives of the number and level of these articles,and finds that there are problems such as unclear positioning,unreasonable structure of teachers,and poor research atmosphere.Oriented by problems,this paper puts forward the working ideas for open universities in scientific research positioning,discipline construction,organizational structures,institutional construction,academic platforms,scientific research teams and transformation of achievements,so as to provide theoretical basis for our open universities to enhance their scientific research innovation capabilities and school running levels,and achieve high-quality development.
