职业教育赋能乡村振兴:价值意蕴、现实困境与实践路径 被引量:3

摘要 职业教育与国家经济发展密不可分,职教强则经济强、职教弱则经济弱。民族要复兴,乡村必振兴。乡村振兴的基础依靠教育,其中职业教育具有无可比拟的优势。职业教育赋能乡村振兴有助于融合城乡发展,实现共同富裕的目标;培养多元复合型助农发展的人才;培育工匠精神,弘扬中华优秀传统文化。当前,受到各方面因素的影响,职业教育在服务乡村振兴过程中,也面临诸如涉农职业教育政策导向与实际不匹配、涉农学科和人才“离农”趋势明显、针对返乡人员的培训体系不健全等问题。基于此,职业教育应加大政策统筹力度、强化涉农专业和人才培养的精准度、构建在乡和返乡人员培训体系,培养高质量涉农人才,进而推进乡村振兴战略的实施。 Vocational education is closely related to the national economic development.,with strong vocational education leading to strong economy and weak vocational education leading to weak economy.To rejuvenate the nation,the countryside must be revitalized.Education is the foundation of rural re⁃vitalization,and vocational education has unparalleled advantages.Rural vitalization empowered by vo⁃cational education helps to integrate urban and rural development,achieve the goal of common prosperity,cultivate versatile talents in helping agricultural development,foster the spirit of craftsmanship and carry forward fine traditional Chinese culture.Nowadays,due to the influence of all kinds of factors,in the process of serving rural revitalization,vocational education also faces prominent problems such as the mismatch between the policy orientation and the reality of agriculture-related vocational education,the obvious trend of agriculture-related disciplines and talents"leaving agriculture",and the unsound training system for returnees.Based on this,vocational education should strengthen policy coordination,strengthen the precision of agriculture-related majors and personnel training,establish a training system for rural and returning personnel,cultivate high-quality agriculture-related talents,and promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
