新时代云南边疆少数民族大学生思想政治教育路径探析

An Analysis of the Path of Ideological and Political Education for Ethnic Minority College Students in the Frontier of Yunnan in the New Era

边疆少数民族大学生受民族文化、宗教文化、地域差异等因素影响,其思想状况呈现出思想意识的多样化、社会价值取向的多元化、心理健康问题化等特点,加强对边疆少数民族大学生思想政治教育工作,不仅是社会经济发展的需要,也是保障社会稳定、民族团结的需要。通过对云南省边疆少数民族大学生思想政治教育工作中存在的现实问题进行深入分析,提出如下思想政治教育工作的新路径:加强心理健康指导;有针对性地完善和整合思想政治教育的内容体系;发挥新媒体的积极作用;建立优秀高效的思政教育工作管理队伍。

Under the influence of ethnic culture,religious culture,regional differences and other factors,the ideological status of ethnic minority college students in the frontier is characterized by diverse ideological consciousness,diverse social value orientations,and problematic mental health.Strengthening ideological and political education for ethnic minority college students in the border areas is not only the need for socio-economic development,but also the need to guarantee social stability and national unity.Through an in-depth analysis of the practical problems existing in the ideological and political education of frontier minority college students in Yunnan province,this paper puts forward the following new paths of ideological and political education:strengthening the guidance of mental health;perfecting and integrating the content system of ideological and political education;bringing into play the positive role of new media;establishing an excellent and efficient management team for ideological and political education.
