医科院校先进典型培塑现状调查及对策研究——以昆明医科大学为例

Investigation on the Status Quo of the Cultivation of Advanced Models in Medical Colleges and the Countermeasures——Taking Kunming Medical University as an Example

为加强和改进思想政治工作,践行社会主义核心价值观,以昆明医科大学为例,通过问卷调查,发现师生对先进典型培塑工作的认可度较好,认为身边有典型,认可先进典型的示范作用,有良好的学习愿景和学习动力。存在问题主要是先进典型的选树不够多、宣传力度不够和宣传途径不多,从而提出了加强先进典型选树力度、加大先进典型宣传工作力度、丰富先进典型的途径等对策建议。

In order to strengthen and improve the ideological and political work and practice the socialist core values,taking Kunming Medical University as an example,through a questionnaire survey,it was found that teachers and students had a good recognition of the cultivation work of advanced models,believed that there were models around them,recognized the exemplary role of advanced models,and had a good learning vision and motivation.The existing problems are mainly that there are inadequate advanced models selected and cultivated,insufficient publicity efforts,and insufficient publicity channels.Therefore,some countermeasures and suggestions are proposed in this paper to strengthen the efforts of selecting advanced models,increase the publicity efforts for advanced models,and enrich the channels for advanced models.
