党的二十大提出“建设高质量教育体系”的目标任务,建设与高等教育高质量发展需要相适应的后勤保障服务支撑体系势在必行。地方高校要深刻认识新时期区域高等教育发展的新要求和校园生活服务的新需求,针对后勤改革发展中面临的政策供给不够充分、体制机制不够顺畅、人员保障不够到位和资源配置不够匹配等问题,持续深化后勤改革的政策侧供给,规范完善后勤运行体系,深化人力资源建设,推进后勤管理服务创新,助推区域高等教育的高质量发展。

The 20th CPC National Congress puts forward the goal and task of"building a highquality education system",and it is imperative to build a logistics service support system that meets the needs of high-quality development of higher education.Local colleges and universities should have a deep understanding of the new requirements of regional higher education development in the new period and the new demands of college students for campus life services.For the problems faced by the de⁃velopment of logistics,such as inadequate policy supply,poor system and mechanism,inadequate per⁃sonnel support and the mismatch of resource allocation,they should continue to deepen the reform of logistics policy side supply,standardize the logistics operation system,deepen the construction of human resources,promote logistics management service innovation,so as to boost the high-quality development of regional higher education.
