CaO杂质对SiO_(2)凝胶粉与Al_(2)O_(3)粉反应生成莫来石的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为拓宽SiO_(2)溶胶结合浇注料的应用,以微米或纳米级Al_(2)O_(3)粉和SiO_(2)凝胶粉为主要原料,研究在不同温度(1350、1400、1500、1600℃)、不同气氛(氧化气氛、还原气氛)下CaO杂质对Al_(2)O_(3)和SiO_(2)反应生成莫来石的影响。结果表明:1)氧化气氛下,CaO的引入可以促进莫来石的生成,当温度从1350℃升高到1600℃时,莫来石的生成量会逐渐增多。2)还原气氛下,CaO的引入不利于莫来石的生成,温度升高,莫来石生成量反而降低。3)Al_(2)O_(3)粒度越小,越易与SiO_(2)凝胶粉反应生成莫来石。 To broaden the application of SiO_(2) sol-bonded castables,using micro-or nano-Al_(2)O_(3) powder and SiO_(2) gel powder as the main raw materials,the effects of CaO impurity on the formation of mullite from the reaction of Al_(2)O_(3) and SiO_(2) at different temperatures(1350,1400,1500,and 1600℃)and in different atmospheres(oxidation atmosphere and reduction atmosphere)were studied.The results show that:(1)in oxidizing atmosphere,the introduction of CaO can promote the formation of mullite;when the temperature increases from 1350℃to 1600℃,the formation of mullite gradually increases;(2)in reducing atmosphere,the introduction of CaO is not conducive to the formation of mullite,and the mullite formation decreases with the increasing temperature;(3)the smaller the particle size of Al_(2)O_(3),the more easily it reacts with SiO_(2) gel powder to generate mullite.
