不同嫁接方法对原味番茄生长的影响

摘要 为探索适合密云地区秋冬季节原味番茄的栽培方式,选取原味番茄“原味1号”为试验材料,比较靠接法和插接法2种不同嫁接方法的应用效果,分析测定了嫁接成活率及工效,生育期、抗逆性、商品性等不同指数。结果表明:原味番茄品种经嫁接后长势旺盛,株高、茎粗、叶片数、根生长量均较自根苗显著增加,产量提高10%以上,且能够保持较好的口感。经综合比较,插接法更为省工,适合在密云地区种植推广。 In order to explore the cultivation method of original tomatoes suitable for autumn and winter in Miyun area,the original tomato 'Yuanwei No.1' was selected as the experimental material to compare the application effects of two grafting methods,which was inarching method and splicing method.Grafting survival rate and efficiency,growth period,stress resistance,commercial property and other indexes were analyzed and measured.The results showed that the original tomato grew vigorously after grafting,the plant height,stem diameter,leaf number and root growth increased significantly compared with the self-root seedlings,the yield increased by more than 10%,and good taste was maintained.By comprehensive comparison,the splicing method was more labor-saving and suitable for planting and spreading in Miyun area.
