高营养品质荞麦芽苗菜品种筛选比较试验 被引量:1

Screening and Comparative Test on Cultivars of Buckwheat Sprouts with High Nutritional Quality

摘要 为提高荞麦芽苗菜质量,筛选营养品质及生长特征较好的荞麦芽苗菜品种,以兴农甜荞1号、库伦小粒、库伦苦荞、六苦2081、威宁白花等5个荞麦品种为材料,比较测定其生长指标和品质指标。结果表明:威宁白花在形态指标、产量及营养表现上较优于其他品种,表现为株高14.74 cm,茎粗1.25mm,脱壳率达88%,百株质量为17.73g,蛋白质、粗纤维、铁、锌、维生素C和维生素E含量分别为99.6 g/kg、16.28%、34.02 mg/kg、5.81 mg/kg、364.97μg/g和11.76μg/g;库伦苦荞营养品质表现仅次于威宁白花,粗蛋白、粗纤维、铁、锌、维生素C和维生素E含量分别为96.2 g/kg、16.07%、33.10 mg/kg、5.49 mg/kg、323.12μg/g和11.33μg/g。综上所述,威宁白花和库伦苦荞较适合于芽苗菜种植。 In order to improve the quality of buckwheat sprouts and screen the cultivars with better nutritional quality and growth characteristics,five buckwheat cultivars including 'Xingnong Tianqiao No.1' 'Kulun Xiaoli''Kulun Kuqiao' 'Liuku 2081' and 'Weining Baihua' were selected as materials by measuring their growth indexes and quality indexes.The results showed that the morphological index,yield and nutritional performance of 'Weining Baihua' were better than other cultivars,with plant height of 14.74 cm,the stem diameter of 1.25 mm,the peeling rate of 88%,and the mass of 100 plants of 17.73 g,and with the contents of protein,crude fiber,iron,zinc,vitamin C and vitamin E of 99.6 g/kg,16.28%,34.02 mg/kg,5.81 mg/kg,364.97 μg/g and 11.76 μg/g,respectively.The nutritional quality performance of 'Kulun Kuqiao' was the second only to that of 'Weining Baihua' with the contents of crude protein,crude fiber,iron,zinc,vitamin C and vitamin E of 96.2 g/kg,16.07%,33.10 mg/kg,5.49 mg/kg,323.12 μg/g and 11.33 μg/g,respectively.In conclusion,the cultivars of 'Weining Baihua' and 'Kulun Kuqiao' were more suitable for sprout planting.
