产业智能化助力锻造产业链韧性的机理与对策 被引量:2

摘要 提升产业链韧性成为世界主要经济体关注的焦点,与人工智能相关的产业智能化作为当前科技前沿的主要载体,对产业链韧性的提升有着重大影响。产业链韧性与抵御产业链断裂风险的能力相关,涵盖产业链断裂概率、产业链断裂引致的负面影响和产业链断裂的恢复时间三个维度。产业智能化通过减少产业链关联、提升价值链位置、降低技术可替代性、减少产业链断裂的人为主观因素和优化动态管理贸易结构,提升产业链韧性。通过考察分析产业智能化对我国产业链韧性的影响,发现产业智能化进程的快速推进对提升我国产业链韧性产生了积极的影响,但仍面临工业机器人严重依赖进口、产业智能化主要集中于外资企业等不少瓶颈,需要以加快内资企业产业智能化进程、不断提升我国关键核心技术的自主化水平等为突破口,以产业智能化提升产业链韧性。 Enhancing the resilience of the industrial chain has become the focus of attention of the world's major economies.As the main carrier of the current scientific and technological frontier,industrial intelligence related to artificial intelligence has a significant impact on the improvement of the resilience of the industrial chain.The resilience of industrial chain is related to the ability to resist the risk of industrial chain rupture,which covers three dimensions:the probability of industrial chain rupture,the negative impact caused by industrial chain rupture and the recovery time of industry chain rupture.Industrial intelligence can enhance the resilience of the industrial chain by reducing the industrial chain association,upgrading the position of the value chain,reducing the substitutability of technology,reducing the subjective factors of industrial chain rupture and optimizing the dynamic management of trade structure.By investigating and analyzing the impact of industrial intelligence on the resilience of China's industrial chain,it is found that the rapid progress of industrial intelligence has a positive impact on improving the resilience of China's industrial chain,but it still faces many bottlenecks,such as the heavy dependence on imports of industrial robots and the concentration of industrial intelligence on foreign-funded enterprises.It is necessary to speed up the process of industrial intellectualization of domestic enterprises and constantly improve the level of autonomy of key core technologies in China,so as to enhance the resilience of industrial chain through industrial intellectualization.
