中国名茶团体标准现状分析与发展思考

Analysis and Thoughts on Current Status of Association Standards in Chinese Famous Tea

文章对西湖龙井、碧螺春、信阳毛尖、君山银针、黄山毛峰、武夷岩茶、祁门红茶、都匀毛尖、铁观音、六安瓜片名茶团体标准发布现状进行了分析,指出了这些名茶产品标准齐全、产业链重点环节标准覆盖不全、标准质量参差不齐、缺少团体标准顶层分析和规划、团体标准研制活跃度不高等现状,提出了做好顶层规划、完善标准体系,强化标准宣传与互认、激发更多社会团体活力,规范标准化活动、提高标准文本规范性的建议。

This article analyzed the current situation of the release of the association standards of ten famous teas in China.It also summarized the issues,such as incomplete standards and coverage of key links in the industrial chain,unstable standard quality,lack of top-level analysis and planning,and low active development of the association standards.It finally proposed some suggestions for improvement,including optimizing top-level planning and standard system,strengthening publicity and mutual recognition of standards,stimulating the vitality of more social groups,standardizing activities and improving the standardization of standard texts.
