共同富裕视域下全面推进乡村振兴:若干关系和基本原则

Promoting rural revitalization in an all-round way from the perspective of common prosperity:several relations and basic principles

迈入新征程,全面推进乡村振兴、实现共同富裕是我国经济社会发展面临的时代课题。实现共同富裕,乡村振兴是必经之路。二者虽然在内涵上有所区别,但在价值取向等方面同向而行。其中,乡村振兴是实现共同富裕的抓手,共同富裕是乡村振兴的目标导向,二者拥有共同的价值取向,并统一于中华民族伟大复兴的实践中。在共同富裕视域下,全面推进乡村振兴不仅要明晰效率与公平的关系,也要注重城乡发展模式的差异性以及所承接的巩固脱贫攻坚成果的任务。同时,要在遵循人民至上原则、高质量发展原则、系统性发展原则的基础上统筹推进乡村振兴。

Entering a new journey,comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and achieving common prosperity are the issues of the times facing China's economic and social development.Rural revitalization is the only way to achieve common prosperity.Although they are different in connotation,they go in the same direction in terms of value orientation.Among them,rural revitalization is the key to achieving common prosperity,and common prosperity is the goal orientation of rural revitalization.Both have the same value orientation and are unified in the practice of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In the perspective of common prosperity,comprehensively promoting rural revitalization should not only clarify the relationship between efficiency and equity,but also pay attention to the differences between urban and rural development models and the tasks undertaken to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation.At the sametime we should promote rural revitalization on the basis of following the principles of people first,high-quality development and systematic development.
