档案资产观视域下商业性文件中心几个关键问题分析——兼与王茂跃先生商榷

An Analysis of Several key Issues of Commercial Document Center from the Perspective of Archival Asset--and Discuss with Mr.Wang Maoyue

本文以档案资产观为视角,以其对档案资产价值形态、档案资产权利保障、档案资产运营机制等认识为依据,对《关于商业性文件中心的几个问题》一文涉及的商业性文件中心之角色定位、基本性质、理论依据等关键性问题展开了商榷性分析,认为商业性文件中心属于文件中心的一类,其基本性质为过渡性,文件生命周期理论在其建立和发展中是适用的,但不宜将之视为理论基础。

From the perspective of archival assets,based on the understanding of its value form,the rights protection and the operation mechanism,this paper discusses and analyzes the key issues of the role,basic nature,and theoretical basis of commercial records center covered in the article Several Questions about the Commercial Records Center,and concludes that commercial records center belongs to a category of records center,and its basic nature is intermediary.Besides,the author proposes that the theory of records life cycle is applicable in its establishment and development,but it is not appropriate to consider it as a theoretical basis.
