摘要
新《中华人民共和国档案法》与《中华人民共和国公共图书馆法》的颁布为图情档协同服务提供了政策支持和法律保障。文章通过对两部法律相关法律条文的比较研究,发现当前图情档协同服务所面临的现实困境,并从加强顶层设计、促进资源整合、加快推进智慧平台构建3个方面提出治理策略,为图情档协同服务研究提供参考。
The new Archives Law and the Public Library Law provide policy support and legal protection for the collaborative services of library,intelligence and archives.Through a comparative study of the relevant legal provisions of the two laws,the article discovers the current practical dilemmas faced by the collaborative services of library,intelligence and archives,and proposes governance strategies in three aspects:strengthening top-level design,promoting resource integration,and accelerating the construction of intelligent platforms,so as to provide reference for the study of collaborative services of library,intelligence and archives.
