摘要
激光冲击强化是一种利用激光束对金属材料进行表面强化的技术,能有效改善材料的抗疲劳性能与服役寿命。通过对某型航空发动机TA11材质转子叶片进行激光冲击强化处理,研究激光冲击强化对材料残余应力和微观组织的影响。结果表明,激光冲击强化能有效提高TA11材料的压应力与硬度值,并在材料表层形成大量纳米级晶粒与非晶组织,在次表层产生形变孪生与高密度位错。
Laser shock peening is a surface strengthening technology that uses laser beams to strengthen the surface of metal materials,which can effectively improve the fatigue resistance properties and service life of materials.The effect of laser shock peening on the residual stress and microstructure of TA11 blade of an aeroengine was studied.The result showed that laser shock peening can effectively improve the compressive stress and vickers-hardness of TA11 material,while a large number of nano-grained and amorphous structures formed in the surface layer of the material,and deformation twins and high-density dislocations produced in the sub-surface layer.
