基于AMESim与MATLAB/Simulink的注油机电液比例流量控制系统设计 被引量:1

摘要 为满足注油机对流量控制的高精度要求,首先完成了注油机液压系统的设计,又以注油机电液比例流量控制系统为研究对象,分别利用AMESim与MATLAB/Simulink建立了液压系统模型与控制器模型,并通过联合仿真分析了系统在PID控制与模糊自适应PID控制下的控制效果。仿真结果表明:与PID控制相比,注油机电液比例流量控制系统在模糊自适应PID控制下其动态特性与控制精度得到明显提升。最后搭建了注油机电液比例流量控制系统测试平台,通过实验测试验证了仿真的准确性,表明了注油机电液比例流量控制系统的有效性。 In order to meet the high-precision requirements of the flow control of the oiler,the design of the hydraulic system of the oiler is completed first,and then the hydraulic system model and controller model are established by using AMESim and MATLAB/Simulink,The control effect of the system under PID control and fuzzy adaptive PID control is analyzed through joint simulation.The simulation results show that compared with PID control,the dynamic characteristics and control accuracy of electro-hydraulic proportional flow control system are significantly improved under fuzzy adaptive PID control.Finally,the test platform of oil injection electro-hydraulic proportional flow control system is built.The experimental test verifies the accuracy of the simulation and shows the effectiveness of oil injection electro-hydraulic proportional flow control system.
