摘要
弯管机系统由机械系统、液压系统、电气控制系统及冷却系统组成,以弯管机液压系统为研究对象,分析了液压系统可能出现的故障以及其形成原因,通过建立液压系统故障树和计算结构重要度系数定性地对弯管机液压系统进行故障分析,实现易发故障预警和故障快速定位功能,提高了弯管机可靠性。此分析法可扩展至其他领域。
The system of Pipe Bender is composed of mechanical system,hydraulic system,electrical control system and cooling system.This paper takes the hydraulic system of pipe bender as the research object,analyzes the possible faults of the hydraulic system and their causes,by establishing the fault tree of the hydraulic system and calculating the Coefficient of structural importance,the fault analysis of the hydraulic system of the pipe bender is qualitatively carried out,and the functions of fault early warning and fault rapid location are realized,thus the reliability of the pipe bender is improved,and this analysis method can be extended to other fields.
