摘要
连续采煤机短壁开采技术应用广泛,而此工艺在采煤过程中由于井下作业人员禁止进入连续采煤机工作区域,无法向前调整供风风筒和干式除尘系统中的负压风筒,导致其所在区域的连采工作面很难构成完整的通风除尘系统。因此,设计研究了一种气动驱动装置,使得除尘风筒可以随着连采机截割过程中向前移动,无需人工推拉或嫁接风筒,减少了煤矿井下作业人员劳动量的同时提高了连采工作面粉尘的除尘效率。
The short wall mining technology of continuous miner is widely used.In the process of mining,because the underground workers are forbidden to enter the working area of the continuous miner,it is impossible to adjust the negative pressure air duct in the air supply duct and the dry type dust removal system,causing the continuous mining face in its area to be difficult to form a complete ventilation and dust removal system.Therefore,a small pneumatic driving device is designed and studied,so that the dust removal air duct can move forward with the cutting process of continuous mining machine without manual push-pull or grafting air duct,which reduces the labor of underground operators and improves the dust removal efficiency of flour dust in continuous mining.
