聚合氯化钛铝絮凝剂的制备及应用

摘要 采用电化学法制备了絮凝剂聚合氯化钛铝(PTAC),并通过SEM、FTIR和XRD等多种手段进行了表征,考察了该絮凝剂对气田废水的处理效果。实验结果表明:与化学法制备的PTAC相比,采用电化学法制备的PTAC表面光滑、杂质含量少、对废水的絮凝效果更好;絮凝剂PTAC的最佳制备条件为碱化度1.5、Ti与Al的摩尔比100∶8;在PTAC加入量为32 mg/L、初始pH为5.5~7.5、沉降时间为50 min的条件下,气田废水经处理后,出水COD、UV_(254)和浊度去除率分别为84.35%、80.13%和84.55%。 The flocculant poly aluminium titanium chloride(PTAC)was prepared by electrochemical method,and characterized by SEM,FTIR and XRD.The treatment effect of the flocculant on gas field wastewater was investigated.The experimental results show that:Compared with PTAC prepared by chemical method,PTAC prepared by electrochemical method has smooth surface,less impurities and better flocculation effect on wastewater;The optimum preparation conditions of the flocculant PTAC are alkalinity 1.5 and the molar ratio of Ti to Al 100∶8;When the gas field wastewater is treated under the optimum process conditions of PTAC dosage 32 mg/L,initial pH 6 and settling time 50 min,the removal rate of COD,UV_(254)and turbidity is 84.35%,80.13%and 84.55%,respectively.
