摘要
为解决长输供热大口径架空热水管道滑动支座承力及热损失大的问题,研发出一种预安装分体式绝热滑动支座,采用分体式安装、预制保温结构。介绍该支座结构。结合工程实例,采用有限元分析软件Ansys进行模拟,分析该支座受力和热损失。该支座满足大口径热水管道受力要求,与传统支座相比,热损失减少50%以上。该支座避免采用传统支座时需要现场破除管道保温层和与管道焊接施工的弊端,安装精度高且便捷快速,尤其适合狭窄空间(隧道、综合管廊等)内使用。大口径架空热水管道采用该支座,可以解决支座承力、现场安装、减少热损失的难题,确保长输供热管道的安全性和经济性。
In order to solve the problems of bearing capacity and large heat loss of sliding support of large-diameter overhead hot water pipeline for long-distance heating,a pre-installed split thermal insulation sliding support is developed,which adopts split installation and prefabricated thermal insulation structure.The structure of this support is introduced.Combined with an engineering example,the finite element analysis software Ansys is used to simulate and analyze the force and heat loss of the support.The support meets the force requirements of large-diameter hot water pipeline,and the heat loss is reduced by more than 50%compared with the traditional support.This support avoids the disadvantages of the need to break the insulation layer of the pipeline and the pipeline welding construction on site when using the traditional support.It has high installation accuracy and is convenient and fast,especially suitable for use in narrow space(tunnel,utility tunnel,etc.).The use of this support for large-diameter overhead hot water pipeline can solve the problems of bearing capacity,on-site installation and reducing heat loss,and ensure the safety and economy of long-distance heating pipeline.
