何以治校:基于治理理论的学校改进

摘要 基于对本土和西方语境的治理概念的考究,可以发现学校治理是一个承接古今中外的概念,其吸纳了主体多元性,客体公共性,关系网络性,过程平等性、公开性和法治性等特征。治理理论进入新时代学校变革的具体场景后,参与、监督、互动和发展等成了学校治理的关键要素,对学校改进具有积极的指导意义。学校改进可重点关注如下几方面:更加注重实质参与,提升参与意识和参与能力;深入推动制度问责,健全法律制度和管理制度;持续完善信息网络,构建数字化立体治理体系;切实关注学生长远发展,警惕片面育分问题。 Based on the study of traditional governance and western governance concepts,school governance is a concept inherited from ancient and modern times and at home and abroad.It absorbs the characteristics of subject diversity,object publicity,relationship network,process equality,openness and rule of law.After the governance theory enters the specific scene of school reform in the new era,diversified participation,humanistic supervision,interpersonal network and efficiency development have become the key elements of school governance,which has positive guiding significance for school reform.However,school governance can be further improved from the following aspects:Enhancing participation awareness and ability of the participants.Improving the legal system and management system.Continuously promoting the information network and constructing a digital three-dimensional governance system.Paying attention to the long-term development of students and being vigilant against one-sided education issues.
