Based on the study of traditional governance and western governance concepts,school governance is a concept inherited from ancient and modern times and at home and abroad.It absorbs the characteristics of subject diversity,object publicity,relationship network,process equality,openness and rule of law.After the governance theory enters the specific scene of school reform in the new era,diversified participation,humanistic supervision,interpersonal network and efficiency development have become the key elements of school governance,which has positive guiding significance for school reform.However,school governance can be further improved from the following aspects:Enhancing participation awareness and ability of the participants.Improving the legal system and management system.Continuously promoting the information network and constructing a digital three-dimensional governance system.Paying attention to the long-term development of students and being vigilant against one-sided education issues.
