摘要 小学阶段是学生阅读能力培养与发展的关键时期,构建科学、合理的阅读能力评价指标体系是培养和提升小学生阅读能力的重要基础。为深化对阅读能力的认识,提升小学阅读评价的有效性,在梳理阅读能力及测评概况的基础上,立足义务教育语文课程标准对小学生阅读能力的要求,借鉴各国教育实践经验,从阅读情境、阅读内容、阅读过程与阅读策略4个维度构建了小学生阅读能力评价框架,并以学段为基准细化了水平层次,初步构建了科学、具体的小学生阅读能力评价指标体系,以期为小学阅读教学实践提供有益指导。 The primary school stage is a critical period for the cultivation and development of students’reading ability,and a scientific and reasonable reading ability evaluation index system is an important foundation for the cultivation and improvement of primary school students’reading ability.In order to deepen the understanding of reading ability and improve the effectiveness of primary school reading evaluation,this paper constructs an evaluation framework of primary school students’reading ability from four dimensions:reading situation,reading content,reading process and reading strategies based organization of current situation of reading ability and situation,the requirements of Chinese curriculum standards for compulsory education for primary school students’reading ability,and reference to experience from other countries.This paper also refines the level based on the learning period,and initially constructs a scientific and specific evaluation index system of primary school students’reading ability,with a view to providing beneficial guidance for primary school reading teaching practice.
