摘要
炼化行业竞争日益激烈,在多目标实现、多因素影响且关系复杂的情况下,简单的线性规划模型或技术系数成本测算方法,已不能满足精细化生产经营决策要求,应进一步提升模型精准度,开拓使用场景。根据加工成本特性分类处理加工费用,应用物性传递、Delta–Base结构、装置多方案、公用工程优化等技术对原油加工过程各数据准确关联,构建涵盖炼化完整加工链条的精准模型。该模型避免了人为规定技术系数问题,以全局角度精准分析原油可加工性能、装置方案优劣、产品盈利能力、公用工程最优利用,便于测算物料价值和寻找生产瓶颈,为科学决策提供数据支持。
With the increasingly fierce competition in the refining and petrochemical industry,simple linear programming model or technical coefficient cost calculation method can no longer adapt to the decision-making for the refined production and operation with multi-objectives and multi-factor influences.Linear programming has been widely used in the refining and petrochemical operation scheduling,which can be further applied in the operators’decision-making process if its accuracy is improved and application is expanded.Based on the processing costs classified from the specific expenses,the precise decision-making model covering the complete refining and petrochemical process chain is biult by using the technologies such as physical property transfer,Delta-Base structure,multi-schemes for the plants and utility optimization to accurately correlate the process data.The model can avoid the problem of artificially prescribing technical coefficients,and accurately analyze the crude oil processability,merits of plant schemes,product profitability,and optimal utilization of utilities from the perspective of overall operations.It is more convenient to measure material value and solve operation bottlenecks,providing data for scientific decision.
