摘要
高硅铝比Beta分子筛作为重要的加氢裂化催化剂酸性组分,在提高油品低温流动性方面应用广泛,传统的生产方案采用大量的有机模板剂且需要改性才能使用,成本高昂。采用水热晶化法,通过引入晶种降低模板剂使用量的方式一步法合成出硅铝比大于40的Beta分子筛,并利用XRD、SEM等方法分析表征样品。该分子筛可直接用于加氢裂化催化剂,其催化活性及选择性与传统方法得到的改性Beta分子筛相当,且合成及改性的综合成本相对于传统方法降低了23.30%,用其制备的催化剂相对于现有工业参比催化剂成本降低了9.32%。
Beta zeolite with higher SiO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3) ratio is an important component of hydrocracking catalyst to improve the cold flow properties of oil products.In this paper,Beta zeolite with SiO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3) over 40 can be synthesized with hydrothermal crystallization method.The samples are characterized by XRD,SEM etc.The zeolite obtained shows similar activity and selectivity with traditional Beta zeolite,while the total cost of the synthesis and modifying is 23.30%lower than the traditional method.Compared with the existing industrial hydrocracking catalyst,the cost of the prepared catalyst in this paper decreases by 9.32%.
