巡察是政治巡察,本质是政治监督,根本是做到“两个维护”。政治生态分析研判是党委巡察的重要组成部分,是推动政治监督具体化、精准化、常态化的重要抓手。着眼于油品销售企业实际,探索构建省级公司党委、地级公司基层干部员工、销售公司党委巡察组三方贯通联动、交叉影响的立体式三螺旋政治生态分析研判模型,推动党委巡察工作提质增效。

The disciplinary inspection is a political supervision in essence,aiming to ensure the"Two Upholds".The analysis and judgment of political ecology is an important part of the Party committee's inspection by which to promote the concrete,precise and normalized political supervision.Focusing on the actual situation of oil products sales companies,this article explores the construction of a three-dimensional/triple-helix political ecological analysis and judgment model that can link up the Party committee of provincial-level companies,grass-roots cadres and employees of prefecture-level companies,and the Party committee inspection team of the Marketing Company,to upgrade the quality and efficiency of the Party committee's inspection work.
