改革开放与新兴劳动密集型制造业的崛起机制---以泉州为例(1978-1994)

Reform and Opening-up and the Emerging Mechanism of Labor-Intensive Manufacturing-Taking Quanzhou as an Example,1978-1994

十一届三中全会后,泉州充分践行了改革开放的政策,利用侨乡和沿海优势,引进外来的资金和技术,大办乡镇企业,发展外向型经济,涌现出一大批劳动密集型企业,实现了经济的腾飞。在此过程中,紧跟实践推出新政策的当地政府、关心家乡建设的华侨和兼具胆识与创新意识的乡镇企业家,都扮演了重要的角色。因此,泉州劳动密集型制造业崛起有赖于政策的引导,更是当地民众积极响应的结果,侨乡和沿海地区的因素也发挥了不可忽视的作用。

After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee,Quanzhou fully implemented the policy of Reform and Opening-up,used the advantages of overseas Chinese and coastal location,introduced foreign capital and technology,established township enterprises,and developed an export-oriented economy.A large number of labor-intensive enterprises,and achieved economic take-off.In this process,the local government closely following the implementation of the new policy,the overseas Chinese who cared about the construction of their hometown,and the township entrepreneurs who had both courage and innovation,all played an important role.Therefore,the rise of Quanzhou's labor-intensive manufacturing industry depended on the guidance of policies,and it was also the result of the positive response of the local people.The factors of the overseas Chinese and coastal location also played a role that cannot be ignored.
