摘要
申新第四纺织厂作为申新系统中唯一远离上海的独立分厂,不仅拥有自己的厂刊,还制定了荣氏企业中第一部自订的科学管理法规,在没有政府支持的情况下,通过建设惠工事业来提高生产效率,缓解劳资矛盾。其作为中国民营棉纺织业的一部分,说明中国的劳工福利制度在20世纪30年代不止在重工业部门和政府政策上有了发展,在民营和轻工业领域也有了许多的尝试。
The Rong family's Shenxin Fourth factory,as the only independent factory far from Shanghai in the Shenxin system,not only had its own magazine,but also formulated the first scientific management regulations among the Rong family's enterprises.The factory tried to improve productivity and ease the labor conflicts by the labor welfare without support from the government.As part of China's private cotton textile industry,this case shows that in the 1930s China's labor welfare system not only has been developed in the heavy industry and public policy but also has been tried in the private enterprises and light industry.
