传承与创新:百年来中国铁路转运业研究述评

Inheritance and Innovation:A Review of China's Railway Transport Industry in the Past 100 Years

铁路转运业是以代客运货、为客缴税为主要业务的行业,目前学术界已经出现一些与之相关的研究成果。通过梳理百年来关于该行业的研究概况,可发现它大致经历了三个阶段,1949年前探讨外部关系与内部经营的两种研究范式阶段;1949~1956年主要承继内部经营范式中的性质因素,将其演变为对公私合营问题的探讨阶段;1987年以后主要承接外部关系范式中的社会经济因素,将其延伸到对该行业与区域经济、城市空间问题的探讨阶段。当代学人在传承与创新的同时,在外部关系、内部经营以及研究时段方面,还存在一些研究空白以及可拓展的空间。因此本文从时段、方法与视野三个层面,对未来铁路转运业的研究做出展望。

Railway transshipment industry is an industry whose main busi-ness is freight forwarding and tax payment for passengers.At present,some re-search results related to it have emerged in the academic circle.Through summa-rizing the research situation of this industry in the past hundred years,it can be found that it roughly experienced two research paradigms of extermal relations and internal management before 1949.From 1949 to 1956,it mainly carried on the nature of internal management paradigm and evolved it into the discussion of public-private joint venture.After 1987,it mainly carried on the social and eco-nomic factors in the external relations paradigm,and evolved into the discussion of the industry and urban economy,regional economy.At the same time of in-heritance and innovation,the research of contemporary scholars mainly focuses on external relations,internal management and research period,and there are some research gaps and space for expansion.Therefore,from three aspects of time period,method and vision,the future research of railway transport industry is prospected.
