葡萄采后摘叶处理对诱导休眠的影响

摘要 以‘着色香’和‘日150’葡萄为试材,采取人工摘叶方式,设置枝条摘叶20%、40%、60%、80%、全摘叶(100%)5个处理,通过调查枝条内营养物质含量、抗氧化酶活性和诱导休眠相关基因表达量的变化,得出不同摘叶方式对葡萄诱导休眠的影响。结果表明:摘叶40%处理使‘着色香’和‘日150’葡萄枝条可溶性糖、淀粉、氨基酸、脯氨酸含量和过氧化物酶(POD)活性升高,可溶性蛋白含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性下降,氮代谢关键基因和GA合成酶相关基因表达量下调,ABA合成酶相关基因表达量上调。说明摘叶40%处理能有效促进植株内营养物质的积累,提高抗氧化酶活性,有效地抑制膜脂过氧化反应,减缓生理代谢速率,使葡萄植株提早进入休眠。 Taking two grape varieties'Zhuosexiang'and'Ri150'as test materials,five treatments of 20%,40%,60%,80%,100%leaf picking were set by manual leaf picking in post-harvest.The effects of different leaf picking percentage on inducing grapevine to enter dormancy were studied by investigating the differences in nutrient content,antioxidant enzyme activity and expression of genes related to dormancy induction in branches.The results showed that 40%leaf picking treatment increased the soluble sugar,starch,amino acid,proline content and POD activity of'Zhuosexiang'and'Ri150'grape branches,decreased the soluble protein content and SOD activity,decreased the expression of key genes of nitrogen metabolism and GA synthase related genes,and increased the expression of genes related to ABA synthase.This showed that 40%leaf picking treatment could effectively promote the accumulation of nutrients in plants,improve the activity of antioxidant enzymes,effectively inhibit membrane lipid peroxidation,slow down physiological metabolic rate and make grape plants enter a dormant state early.
