CPR1000核电站堆芯测量系统密封段试验平台设计与验证

摘要 CPR1000核电站堆芯中子注量率测量系统,简称RIC系统,是核电站重要的仪表系统。本文根据RIC系统密封段高温和高压的试验要求,设计了密封段试验平台,主要包括高压模块设计,高温模块设计和软件设计。完成软件和硬件的设计后,对设计平台进行测试验证,结果符合设计精度要求,达到堆芯中子注量率测量系统密封段和密封圈高温高压试验的要求,为密封段和密封圈的国产化提供了试验平台。该系统结构简单,易于扩展,能够满足测量精度,提高了系统的可靠性。 In-core instrumentation system of CPR1000 nuclear power plant,referred to as RIC system,is an important instrument system of nuclear power plant.According to the high temperature and high pressure test requirements of the seal nozzle of the RIC system,the test platform of the seal nozzle is designed in this paper,mainly including the high pressure module design,the high temperature module design and the software design.After completing the design of software and hardware,the designed platform was tested and verified,and the results met the design accuracy requirements,reached the requirements of the high temperature and high pressure test of the seal nozzle and seal rings of the RIC system,and provided a test platform for the localization of the seal nozzle and seal rings.The system has simple structure and is easy to expand.It can meet the measurement accuracy and improve the reliability of the system.
