摘要
本文开展碲化铜渣快速处理生产二氧化碲的工艺试验。结果表明,氢氧化钠初始浓度为120 g/L,液固比为3∶1,反应温度为100℃,反应时间为2 h时,经逆流二次浸出,碲总浸出率可达90%。碱浸液通过酸碱中和沉碲,碲沉淀率达99.9%,生产出的二氧化碲产品平均纯度为95%。该工艺路线流程短,操作简单,可以实现有价金属的高效回收,并可充分利用现有设备设施,无须增加设备投资,具有很好的可行性。
In this paper,the process test of rapid treatment of copper telluride slag to produce tellurium dioxide is carried out.The results show that when the initial concentration of sodium hydroxide is 120 g/L,the liquid-solid ratio is 3:1,the reaction temperature is 100℃,and the reaction time is 2 h,the total leaching rate of tellurium can reach 90%by countercurrent secondary leaching.The alkali leaching solution precipitates tellurium through acid-base neutralization,and the tellurium precipitation rate reaches 99.9%,and the average purity of tellurium dioxide produced is 95%.The process route is short in flow and simple in operation,which can realize the efficient recovery of valuable metals and make full use of existing equipment and facilities without increasing equipment investment,and has good feasibility.
