生态文明背景下环境工程与科技的发展模式研究

Study on the Development Model of Environmental Engineering and Science and Technology under the Background of Ecological Civilization

目前,我国经济处于稳步发展阶段,但生态环境问题依然比较突出。生态文明是人类文明发展过程的一次重大进步,近年来,生态文明建设关注度不断提高,如何降低环境破坏,协调生产生活与环境的关系成为各界学者研究的热点。本文从生产力和生产关系的角度入手,深度剖析生态文明的内涵;结合人类文明史的演化过程,解析目前人类面临的生态环境困境,分析经济、技术、环境的关系,论述科技创新与进步在生态文明建设中的重要性;以生态文明为背景,探索现阶段环境工程与科技发展协同共进的新模式。

At present,China's economy is in a stage of steady development,but the ecological and environmental problems are still prominent.Ecological civilization is a major progress in the development of human civilization,in recent years,attention has been paid to the construction of ecological civilization,how to reduce environmental damage and coordinate the relationship between production and life and the environment has become the focus of scholars from all walks of life.From the perspective of productivity and production relations,this paper deeply analyzes the connotation of ecological civilization;combined with the evolution process of human civilization history,analyzes the current ecological environment dilemma faced by mankind,analyzes the relationship between economy,technology and environment,and discusses the importance of scientific and technological innovation and progress in the construction o£ecological civilization;with ecological civilization as the background,explores a new mode of coordinated progress of environmental engineering and scientific and technological development at this stage.
