潍坊市4月连续臭氧临界污染天气的影响因素及应急管控措施分析

摘要 “十三五”期间,我国诸多城市的细颗粒物(PM_(2.5))、SO_(2)浓度持续降低,大气污染治理取得显著成效,但O_(3)浓度总体不降反升,O_(3)已成为影响空气质量的重要制约因素。当前,我国面临PM_(2.5)污染和O_(3)污染日益凸显的双重压力,特别是在夏季,O_(3)已成为导致部分城市空气质量超标的首要因子。本文以潍坊市为例,分析2022年4月当地O_(3)浓度升高的自然因素与人为因素,然后结合本轮O_(3)临界污染天气的特点,提出应急管控措施,以推进区域大气污染治理。 During the"13th Five-Year Plan"period,the concentration of fine particulate matter(PM_(2.5))and SO_(2)in many cities in China continued to decrease,and the air pollution control achieved remarkable results,but the concentration of O_(3)did not decrease but increased,and O_(3)has become an important constraint factor affecting air quality.At present,China is facing the dual pressure of PM_(2.5)pollution and O_(3)pollution that are increasingly prominent,especially in summer,O_(3)has become the primary factor that leads to air quality exceeding the standard in some cities.Taking Weifang City as an example,this paper analyzes the natural and human factors of the local O_(3)concentration rise in April 2O_(2)2,and then proposes emergency control measures in combination with the characteristics of the O_(3)critical pollution weather in this round to promote regional air pollution control.
