“将健康融入所有政策”的研究进展与展望——基于热点可视化的探析

Progress and Prospects of Research on"Health in All Policies"—Analysis Based on Visualization of Hot Spots

“将健康融入所有政策”理念日趋成为全球共识,对于大健康时代的卫生治理及人群健康公平与促进均具有重大意义。运用CiteSpace软件,对Web of Science和CNKI两大平台收录的有关“将健康融入所有政策(HiAP)”的文献进行可视化分析,归纳国内外该主题研究的关注点及发展脉络,发现21世纪以来国内外相关研究均历经了“萌芽积累”及“波动发展”两个时期,虽然HiAP得到了国内外学者的广泛关注,但国内在发文数量、机构合作度及研究范畴等方面较国外均存在不足。未来,国内HiAP主题的研究者应在立足国情、借鉴国际有益经验的基础上,深化机构交流和跨领域合作,不断拓展研究视角、加大中国自身经验的总结与宣传力度,助力“将健康融入所有政策”及“健康中国”战略的实现。

The concept of"Health in All Policies"has become an increasingly global consensus,which is of great significance to health governance and population health equity and promotion in the era of great health.The article uses CiteSpace software to visually analyze the literature on"Health in All Policies(HiAP)"collected on Web of Science and CNKI,and summarizes the focus and development of domestic and foreign research on this topic.The results show that since the 21st century,both domestic research and international research have gone through two periods of"nascent accumulation"and"fluctuating development".Although HiAP has received extensive attention from scholars at home and abroad,domestic research has shortcomings in the number of publications,institutional cooperation and research scope compared with foreign countries.In the future,domestic HiAP researchers should deepen inter-agency exchanges and cross-field cooperation,constantly expand research perspectives,and strengthen the summary and publicity of China's own experience on the basis of national conditions and beneficial international experience,so as to help realize"Health in All Policies"and"Healthy China"strategy.
