摘要
将阶层代际传递引入前景理论,研究国有部门工资溢价和阶层代际传递对劳动者国有部门就业的影响。研究发现:国有部门工资溢价对劳动者国有部门就业的总影响包括直接影响和与阶层代际传递的交互影响;直接影响来自确定性收入和风险收入;交互影响来自风险收入。全样本下直接影响为负;交互影响随阶层代际传递水平提高呈先增后减的倒U形;总影响随阶层代际传递水平提高呈“负—正—负”的三阶段规律。异质性研究表明,国有部门工资溢价对非高学历劳动者国有部门就业的影响与全样本的差异显著:非贫困非高学历劳动者的直接影响、交互影响和总影响均与全样本的表现相反;贫困非高学历劳动者的总影响始终为负。
This paper introduces social stratum intergenerational transmission into prospect theory to study the impact of wage premium and social stratum intergenerational transmission on workers’employment in state-owned sector.It is found that the total effect of wage premium in state-owned sector on workers’employment in state-owned sector includes direct effect and joint effect with social stratum intergenerational transmission.The direct effect comes from the influence of fixed income and risky income.The joint effect comes from the influence of risky income.The direct effect is negative under the whole sample.The joint effect increases first and then decrease in an inverted“U”shape with the increase of social stratum intergenerational transmission.The total effect shows a three-stage law of“negative-positive-negative”with the increase of social stratum intergenerational transmission.The heterogeneous study shows that the effect of non-highly-educated workers is significantly different from that of whole sample.The direct effect,joint effect and total effect of non-poor and non-highly-educated workers are opposite to that of the whole sample.The total effect of with poor and highly educated workers is always negative.
