知识生产过程的实践研究——基于上海社区戒毒康复服务模式的探索

Practice Research of Knowledge Production Process:Exploration of the Community-based Drug Rehabilitation Service Model in Shanghai

中国社会工作研究面临如何总结及解释社会工作实践快速发展的新任务,实践研究有利于畅通研究与实践之间的循环、创新知识生产的共识也已经得到学界广泛认同,但目前有关如何通过实践研究完成知识生产过程的文献明显不足。本文结合作者自身十多年深入参与的社区戒毒康复同伴教育服务模式的探索历程,具体呈现知识生产的过程,以期对深化实践研究做出学术贡献。本文通过开展协同式实践研究,提出应围绕“有效改变”开展知识生产研究,具体过程包括“改变何以可能”、“改变何以发生”和“改变何以持续”三个阶段。本文进一步认为,社会工作实践研究中,坚持“反身性”,是知识生产的动力之源;彰显“厚实性”,是知识生产的重要追求;开展协同式研究,是知识生产的关键策略。在社会工作实践研究的过程中,政府-社会组织-专业力量-资源系统-服务对象的交织互动形成了促进服务对象个体及社会环境改变的共同体,通过协同式实践研究的开展演化成知识生产的共同体,共同生产出符合“具体性”、“过程性”和“关系性”等特征的社会工作知识,可对进一步推动实践发展发挥更广泛意义上的指引作用。

Social work research in China is faced with the new task of summarizing and explaining the rapidly developing social work practice,the consensus that practice research is beneficial to unblock the cycle between research and practice and innovative knowledge production has also been widely recognized by the academic community,however,the literature on how to complete the knowledge production process through practice research is obviously insufficient.This paper presents the process of knowledge production in the context of the exploration of peer education service model in community-based drug rehabilitation that we have been deeply involved in for more than 10 years,so as to make some academic contributions to deepening practice research.Through collaborative practice research,and using action research,participant observation and in-depth interview,this paper proposes that knowledge production research should be carried out around“effective change”,which includes three stages:“why change is possible”,“how change happens”and“how change is sustained”.This paper further holds that“reflexivity”is the power source of knowledge production,“robust”is an important pursuit of knowledge production,and collaborative research is a key strategy for knowledge production in social work practice research.In the process of social work practice research,the interaction between government,social organization,professional force,resource system and client forms a community that promotes change in the individual and social environment of client,through the development of collaborative practical research,it evolved into a community of knowledge production,jointly producing social work knowledge conforming to the characteristics of“concreteness”,“process”and“relationality”,which serves as a guide to further the development of practice in a broader sense.
