“双碳”背景下中国海油炼化产业面临较大的转型压力。探讨了中国海油炼化产业高质量发展的路径,指出中国海油将坚定不移推进能源革命,持之以恒转变发展方式,谋划上中下游一体化发展,加快产业升级。坚持科技引领,强化创新驱动,加快数智化转型。以“双赢”理念深化务实合作,落实碳达峰碳中和目标任务,不断完善供应链、延长产业链、提升价值链,推动炼化产业绿色低碳韧性可持续增长。

Under the background of“carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”,CNOOC refining and chemical industry is faced with quite considerable transformation pressure.The path of high⁃quality development of CNOOC's refining and petro⁃chemical industry was discussed.It was pointed out that CNOOC would i)unswervingly promote the energy revolution,per⁃sistently change the development mode,plan the integrated development of upstream,midstream and downstream,and ac⁃celerate the industrial upgrading,ii)adhere to the guidance of science and technology,strengthen the drive of innovation,and accelerate the transformation of digitalization and intectualization,iii)deepen practical cooperation with the concept of“win⁃win”,implement the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,constantly improve the supply chain,extend the indus⁃trial chain,and enhance the value chain,and promote the sustainable growth of green,low⁃carbon and tenacious refining and petrochemical industry.
