聚酯装置预聚气相管线堵塞现象及处理方法探讨

摘要 介绍了中纺院五釜装置预缩聚真空系统在运行过程中能力变差的异常现象,结合本装置的实际生产情况,提出对异常现象的判断方法和处理措施。预聚真空系统能力差的主要现象是真空调节阀持续下关,搅拌电流下降,原因是刮板顶部气相线堵塞,堵塞位置较高,通过在预缩聚刮板顶部氦检口,长期持续通入两路动力蒸汽在线醇解,使气相线内壁堵塞物质脱落,气线管路畅通,在线解决了预聚气相线堵塞的问题,保证了真空系统稳定运行,延长装置的使用周期。 This paper introduces the abnormal phenomenon that the capacity of the vacuum system of pre-condensation polymerization in the five-kettle unit of China Textile Institute becomes worse during operation.Combined with the actual production situation of this unit,the judgment method and treatment measures for the abnormal phenomenon are put forward.The main phenomenon of poor capacity of prepolymerization vacuum system is that the vacuum regulating valve keeps closing,and the stirring current decreases.The reason is that the gas phase line at the top of the scraper is blocked,and the blocking position is high.Through the helium inspection port at the top of the prepolymerization scraper,two paths of power steam are continuously introduced for online alcoholysis for a long time,so that the blocking material on the inner wall of the gas phase line falls off,and the gas line pipeline is unblocked to realize online treatment,which solves the problem of blocking the prepolymerization gas phase line,ensures the stable operation of the vacuum system,and prolongs the service life of the device.
