This paper introduces the process flow of the polyester plant and the energy utilization status of the process tower of the main energy consumption unit,calculates the proportion of the energy consumption of the process tower in the energy consumption of the whole plant,calculates that the heat consumption of the top of the polyester process tower accounts for about 35%of the heat consumption of the whole plant,introduces the general situation of the heat utilization of the top of the process tower in the polyester industry,and recommends four energy-saving transformation and optimization schemes that can be implemented.
