This paper lay out the common problems in the operation of polyester heat transfer oil furnace from the perspective of equipment,and puts forward design ideas for air preheater,air duct,furnace body,blower,furnace tube and phase components.With the goal of solving practical production problems,the polyester heat transfer oil furnace can operate stably,efficiently and for a long period through feasible transformation,strict temperature control,dust removal requirements and advanced control systems.
