马尔尼菲篮状菌感染肾移植患者伏立康唑与他克莫司相互作用1例

Interaction between Voriconazole and Tacrolimus in a Kidney Transplant Patient with Talaromyces marneffei Infection

本病例为一名肾移植患者,长期规律口服他克莫司并规律进行血药浓度监测,因先后两次感染马尔尼菲篮状菌,先后两次使用伏立康唑,患者5次调整他克莫司剂量,测定他克莫司全血浓度27次,测定伏立康唑谷浓度5次,监测时间共17个月,伏立康唑及他克莫司的浓度均达到稳态,能更好的评价两者相互作用的规律。

This case reported a kidney transplant patient with talaromyces marneffei infection. He administered tacrolimus and monitored the blood concentration regularly. The patient used voriconazole for 2 times because of talaromyces marneffei infection by twice. Tacrolimus dosage was adjusted for 5 times, with concentration tested for 27 times, while concentration of voriconazole was tested for 5 times. The monitoring time was 17 months, the concentrations of voriconazole and tacrolimus reached a steady state, and the interaction between them can be evaluated more better.
