摘要
主要分析了现阶段高等学校线上教学面临的挑战及应对措施,其中高等学校线上教学面临的四点挑战是网络和硬件设备要求高、教师的教学任务繁重、师生互动性差和管理松散。为了提高高等学校线上教学的质量和效果,针对具体问题提出了四点应对措施:改善网络设施条件,加强网络平台建设;加强线上教学培训,提高教师线上教学能力;引导良好的学习习惯,培养学生自主学习能力;加大教学监管和激励,提高线上教学质量。相信这些问题得到良好的解决,势必会充分发挥线上教学的优势,有效提升教学质量。
This paper mainly analyzes the challenges and countermeasures of online teaching in colleges and universities.Among them,there are four challenges for online teaching in colleges and universities,which are high requirements of network and hardware equipment,heavy teaching tasks for teachers,poor interaction between teachers and students and loose management.In order to improve the teaching quality and effect of online teaching in colleges and universities,four countermeasures are put forward for specific problems:improve network facilities and strengthen network platform construction.Strengthen online teaching training and improve teachers’online teaching ability.Help to form good study habits and cultivate students’ability of independent study;Strengthen teaching supervision and incentive,improve the quality of online teaching,give full play to online teaching advantages effectively improving teaching quality.
