系统思维视域下职业教育质量提升研究

A Research on the Improvement of Vocational Education Quality from the Perspective of System Thinking

随着社会信息化时代的到来,现代职业教育在国家发展战略中的地位和作用日益凸显,全国“一盘棋”的系统思维助力职业教育实现立德树人、资政育人、生产发展、社会服务与管理的协调统一。在分析职业教育质量现状及存在问题的基础上,探讨系统思维视域下职业教育质量提升面临的新机遇,并以问题为导向,深刻把握职业教育发展的新机遇,从改变社会观念、凝聚社会各界力量、突出区域办校特色、借助媒体宣传四个方面展开职业教育质量提升的对策研究。

With the arrival of information civilization society,the position and importance of modern vocational education in the national development strategy become increasingly prominent.The system thinking of“a game on the national chessboard”helps the coordination and unity of buliding morality and cultivating talents,cultivating people,social senice and management.Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of the quality of vocational education,this paper explored new opportunities for the improvement of the quality of vocational education from the perspective of systematic thinking,and deeply grasps the new opportunities of the development of vocational education by taking problems as guidance.The countermeasures of improving vocational education quality are carried out from four aspects:changing social concept,gathering social strength from all walks of life,highlighting the characteristics of regional school running and using media publicity.
