高职动物医学专业现代学徒制发展的对策探析

Countermeasure Analysis of the Development of Modern Apprenticeship System in Higher Vocational Animal Medicine Specialty

为了满足行业创新驱动发展的需要,动物医学专业通过实施现代学徒制来提升技术技能人才服务行业产业的能力。首先介绍了我国学徒制的发展历程和西方现代学徒制的启示,其次指出了我国高职动物医学专业实施现代学徒制的现状,最后提出必须瞄准畜牧行业的重点产业,调动组织主体热情,积极实施招生招工,科学合理安排理实一体化学习,校内校外同步实施课程思政,构建岗位行业技能标准,不断推进动物医学专业现代学徒制工作迈上新台阶,实现动物医学专业现代学徒制的跨越式发展。

In order to meet the needs of innovation-driven development of the industry,the veterinary medicine specialty has implemented modern apprenticeship system to enhance the ability of skilled personnel to serve the industry.This paper first introduces the development of apprenticeship in China and the western modern apprenticeship,and then points out the implementation of the present situation of the modern apprenticeship in the major of higher vocational animal medicine,finally puts forward that we must target key animal husbandry industry,mobilize enthusiasm,actively implement the recruitment of students,reasonably arrange the integration of theory and practic,implement ideology and politics curriculum in and out of campus,construct the industry skill stand,continuously promote the modern animal medical professional apprenticeship to a new level,realize the leapforward development of modern animal medical industry.
