摘要
随着“院院合一”工作的稳步推进,作为附属医院应转变教学管理身份,本着为学生负责、为临床服务的原则,通过临床技能实训课程体系的构建,课程内容、学生类别分层次设计,不仅使得课程内容的安排科学化、标准化、系统化,而且培养了学生的自主学习能力,提高了学生的学习积极性,促进了临床带教能力水平的提升。课程体系的优化,避免了课程在全员范围内重复开展,进一步优化了课程资源配置,提高了实训中心设施的使用效率。基于PDCA循环理论的课程体系改进,使得临床技能实训课程体系趋于完备。
With the steady progress of“hospital academy integration”,as an affiliated hospital,it is necessary to change the identity of teaching management,based on the principle of being responsible for the students and serving the clinic,through the construction of the clinical skill training course system,and classifying the course content and students to make the arrangement of the course content scientific,standardized and systematic,cultivate students’autonomous learning ability,improve their learning enthusiasm,and promote the level of clinical teaching ability.The optimization of the curriculum system avoids curriculum being repeated within the scope of the whole staff,optimizes the allocation of curriculum resources and improves the efficiency of the facilities of the training center.The improvement of the curriculum system based on PDCA cycle theory makes the clinical skill training curriculum system tend to be complete.
