摘要
冠心病(CAD)的患病率和病死率逐年增加,是影响人类健康的公共卫生事件,其发病机制尚未阐明。近年来,研究发现肠道菌群与CAD的发病机制显著相关。肠道菌群失调及肠道菌群代谢产物能够介导炎症反应,促进动脉粥样硬化发生,在CAD发生、发展过程中发挥关键作用。通过对肠道菌群与CAD发病相关机制研究进展的阐述,为CAD的临床治疗和科研提供参考。
The morbidity and mortality of coronary artery disease(CAD) have increased year by year,becoming a public health emergency affecting the health of residents,but the CAD’s pathogenesis has not been fully clarified. Recently,a significant association between gut microbiota and CAD has been well recognized. Studies have found that the disorder of gut microbiota and metabolites of gut microbiota can lead to inflammatory response and atherosclerosis,which plays a key role in the occurrence and development of coronary artery disease. The research advances on the related mechanism of gut microbiota and CAD are reviewed to provide a reference for clinical treatment and scientific research on CAD.
