棉纺织企业清洁生产审核案例分析

Case study on cleaner production audit of cotton textile enterprise

为了实现棉纺织企业节能、降耗、减污、增效的目的,以某棉纺织生产企业实施清洁生产审核为实例,重点分析了生产中物料、水资源、能源消耗结构,对标《棉纺织行业绿色工厂评价要求》中的相关指标,找出物耗高、能耗高的原因。从原料、设备、过程控制等方面出发,提出技术可行、经济合算的方案。方案实施后,企业单位产品的原料、水耗、能耗明显下降,各项指标均处于行业先进值范围。认为:加强原料管理,提高原料利用率;加强水资源、能源监测,完善企业计量体系;提高资源、能源利用效率;更新、应用和改造节能设备,可提升棉纺织企业整体清洁生产的水平。

In order to achieve the purpose of saving energy,reducing consumption,reducing pollution and increasing efficiency of cotton textile enterprises,a cotton textile production enterprise implementing cleaner production audit was taken as an example,consumption structure of material,water resource and energy in production were analyzed emphatically.The reasons for high material consumption and energy consumption were found out by the relevant indexes according to the standard Green Factory Evaluation Requirements for Cotton Textile Industry.From raw material,equipment,process control and other aspects,case of technical feasible and economical scheme was put forward.After implementation of program,raw material,water consumption and energy consumption of enterprise products were decreased significantly,all indicators were in the range of advanced values in the industry.It is considered that the overall level of cleaner production in cotton textile enterprises can be improved by taking some measures,including strengthening management of raw material,improving utilization of raw material,strengthening monitoring of water and energy resource,improving enterprise measurement system,improving efficiency of resources and energy utilization,updating,applying and modifying energy⁃saving equipment.
