全固定盖板梳棉机应用效果分析

Application effect analysis of full fixed flat carding machine

针对全固定盖板梳棉机应用中存在的梳理和排除问题,探讨其解决措施。从多方面与活动盖板比较,介绍了全固定盖板梳棉机的结构特点、优势以及需要关注的问题,探讨了棉网清洁器与固定盖板的组合配置原则,通过实践对全固定盖板针齿进行改进、优选,并对比分析了几种全固定盖板齿条的成纱质量。结果表明:单列齿条全固定盖板的成纱棉结较高,与活动盖板棉结相差较多,高出87.7%,但强力略好于活动盖板梳棉机;双列齿条全固定盖板的成纱棉结居中,高出活动盖板梳棉机8.8%,其强力略高于活动盖板;踵趾差齿条盖板成纱棉结最优,比活动盖板梳棉机棉结减少21.4%,其强力略低于活动盖板,其他指标与活动盖板相当。

Aiming at the problems of carding and removing in the application of full fixed flat carding machine,the solutions were discussed.Compared with movable flat in many aspects,structural features,advantages and problems needing attention of the full fixed flat carding machine were introduced.Combination and configuration principle of web cleaner and fixed flat were discussed.Through practice,the needle teeth of full fixed flat were improved and optimized,yarn quality of several full fixed flat rack was compared and analyzed.The results showed that neps of single row rack full fixed flat were 87.7%higher than that of the movable flat,but the strength was slightly better than that of the movable flat.The yarn neps of the double⁃row rack full fixed flat was in the middle,the neps were 8.8%higher than that of the movable flat,its strength was slightly higher than that of the movable flat.The neps of the heel and toe difference rack flat was the best,which was 21.4%less than the neps of the movable flat carding machine,its strength was slightly lower than the movable flat,and other indicators were equivalent to the movable flat.
