摘要 探讨生物基聚乳酸纤维制备、应用及回收策略问题。综述了生物基聚乳酸材料制备方法特点,对聚乳酸纤维的制备方法进行了分析,包括熔融纺丝、溶液纺丝和静电纺丝。总结了近年来聚乳酸纤维在生物医学、过滤与分离、包装等领域的应用研究进展以及其回收利用策略。聚焦聚乳酸纤维材料及其制品的开发,提出了生物基聚乳酸纤维成形和应用上尚需研究的理论方案和技术措施。认为:生物基聚乳酸具有环境友好性,随着技术发展、产能增加、成本降低,生物基聚乳酸纤维材料在生物医疗、过滤与分离、包装等领域展现出良好的应用前景。 Preparation,application and recovery strategy of bio⁃based polylactic acid fiber were discussed.Characteristics of bio⁃based polylactic acid materials preparation methods were reviewed.Preparation methods of polylactic acid fiber were analyzed including melt spinning,solution spinning and electrospinning.The application research progress of polylactic acid fibers in biomedical,filtration and separation,packaging and other fields in recent years was summarized as well as its recycling strategy.Focusing on the development of polylactic acid fiber materials and their products,theoretical schemes and technical measures that need to be studied in forming and application of bio⁃based polylactic acid fiber were proposed.It is considered that bio⁃based polylactic acid is environmentally friendly,with the development of technology,increase of production capacity and the reduction of cost,bio⁃based polylactic acid fiber materials show better application prospect in the fields of biomedicine,filtration and separation,packaging and other aspects.
