基于RFID测温芯片的电缆温度反演计算方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了提高RFID测温芯片在电缆实际工况中的实用性,文中提出了一种10 kV三芯电缆的温度反演计算方法。该方法基于标准IEC 60287和JB/T 10181建立电缆热路模型,并通过RFID芯片的测量温度反演计算电缆导体的温度。文中首先进行了电缆升流与测温实验,然后建立了有限元计算模型,并对实验结果、仿真计算结果和反演计算结果进行了对比校验分析。结果表明:RFID测温芯片的测量相对误差最大值在4.5%左右,其测量可靠性满足现场应用的精度要求。同时,反演计算方法的计算结果与有限元仿真法的计算结果相对误差在2%以内,与实验结果的最大相对误差约4%,满足现场应用的精度要求。因此,文中提出的温度反演计算方法可以有效地通过RFID测温芯片测得的铠装层温度对电缆导体温度进行反演计算。 In order to improve the practicability of RFID thermometers in the actual condition of power cable,a kind of inversion calculation method of temperature for 10 kV three⁃core cables is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the ther⁃mal circuit model of the cable is set up based on IEC 60287 and JB/T 10181 standard,and the temperature of the ca⁃ble conductors is calculated by the inversion method based on the measured temperature of the RFID thermometers.Then,the current rise and temperature measurement experiments of the cable are carried out,the finite element cal⁃culation model is set up and the results of experiment,simulation calculation and inversion calculation are com⁃pared,calibrated and analyzed.The results show that the maximum test error of the RFID thermometers is around 4.5%,and its measurement reliability meets the precision requirements of application.Meanwhile,the relative error between the calculation results of the inversion method and the finite element simulation is within 2%,and the maxi⁃mum relative error between the inversion method and the experimental results is about 4%,which meets the precision requirement of site applications.Therefore,the inversion calculation method proposed in this paper can accurately calculate the temperature of cable conductor through the temperature of cable armored layer measured by the RFID thermometers.
